How to order

1.For begin, you must open an account on tawel.net. After completing the initial information about you and the beneficiary, you receive an email confirming your email address.You  must open your email to activate your account .

To find a product to be sent to Burundi, choose those listed above or use our advanced search. Once you select the item, enter the amount you want to send, then click “Add to the list”. Once the item into the cart, you can add articles by clicking on the link or continue on order. You can also cancel the articles by clicking the “cancel” button(you can also add a message if you want).

2.Provide us the information of the recipient. It is important that you give us the full name with phone number. We use this information by contacting the recipient of the order. Transactions are secured through PayPal and your order may be made only after payment. Also you can choose to pay later, you can reactivate your order using the order number that you give us when you confirm your account.

3.When your funds were transferred, we will confirm your payment. Immediately the recipient can go to the office of Tawel in Bujumbura  with the identity card to pick up his order.

For credit of mobile phone, choose the amount and the credit corresponding to the network of your relatives in Burundi (eg Africell, Telecel, Econet, ..).

In Burundi, your rellatives will  use the code that will be given by SMS to refill his phone with the process of its operator. In case of problems with your order, for example, if we can not contact the recipient, we will contact you immediately.
